Instructions

Defrost

Allow to defrost in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave 700W 900W
Remove all packaging and place on a microwavable plate. Heat for: 50 seconds 45 seconds
Leave to stand in the microwave for: 30 seconds 30 seconds
Oven
Pre-heat oven to 160°C Fan/180°C, Gas Mark 4.
Remove all packaging and place on baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve.
