Below you’ll find answers to a number of questions about the Oakhouse Foods’ meal delivery service and how we can make your mealtimes more enjoyable and hassle free.

Q. I’m not always in on your regular delivery day - can you deliver on other days?

A. Your choice of delivery options is displayed at the checkout. However, if these aren’t convenient, you can call your local Oakhouse Foods branch and our colleagues will do what they can to accommodate you. You may also find our Drop & Go service a useful solution.

Q. What is the latest time in the day that I can place my ready meal order?

A. Please let us have your order by lunchtime of the day before your normal delivery day, or by lunchtime on Friday if your delivery day is Monday.

Q. Do I have to order every week, once I have placed one ready meal order?

A. There’s no commitment with Oakhouse Foods. You can use our food delivery service as often or as little as you like – only order when you want it!

Q. How do I pay?

A. For ready meals and groceries you can pay by cash or cheque on delivery or by debit or credit card when you order over the phone or online. Find out more how our home delivered meal service works and how to pay for your meals.

Q. I have trouble reading the ready meals brochure, is there anything you can do to help?

A. Yes, we can provide a free audio brochure, as well as a large print order form.

Q. Is it possible for a friend or family member to order ready meals on my behalf?

A. Yes – they can use our online food ordering service, or order over the phone and pay on your behalf, or you can pay us directly if you prefer. They can specify your delivery address during checkout.

Q. Do I have to buy an Easy Order Pack?

A.No – you can choose any individual frozen ready meals and groceries from the Oakhouse range. Our Easy Order Packs are simply designed to make life easier when you’re ordering a week’s worth of frozen ready meals and desserts.

Q. I like one of the Easy Order Packs, but I don’t like one of the items in it. Can I make changes?

A. Yes – we’re happy to change any ready meal or dessert for something you prefer. Simply call your local Oakhouse branch and they’ll be happy to help. If the replacement meal costs more (or less), we’ll just adjust the price accordingly.

Q. Can I have an Easy Order Pack without the desserts?

A. Yes – most of our packs are available as ‘meals only’ under a different code, which means you will just receive the main course ready meals.
