If you suffer from Diabetes, the NHS recommendation is to follow a healthy and balanced diet. Our meals are clearly labelled and within our range, you can find low salt and low-fat options, as well as 200 products that contain less than 5g of sugars per 100g. International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Pureed and Soft & Bite sized meals

Oakhouse Foods are one of the leading national suppliers of IDDSI meals.

We have a wide range of over 40 Category C/Level 4 main meals, mini meals and desserts, suitable for those looking for a safe and delicious puréed meal solution for those suffering from dysphagia.

All our Puréed meals are visually attractive and cooked in a homemade style only using natural ingredients, as we know the importance of appearance and flavours of normal food.
For Level 6 Soft & Bite Sized/Texture E (previously referred to as textured fork mashable) we have 7 delicious meals. The food consistency is soft and moist and can be broken down into pieces with a fork. It does require chewing before swallowing.
