With over 20 years’ experience delivering to our customers at home, we know that just ringing the bell and dropping food off on the doorstep isn’t enough. Our caring attitude lies at the heart of our service. We treat every customer as an individual and always take their personal needs into account.
If you order from us regularly, we’ll try to make sure that we deliver at the same time each week, and that you’ll always see the same driver. If you'd like them to, our drivers will:
- Put food away in your freezer and cupboards, if you ask
- Help you out with filling in order forms, and pass your next form onto your local branch
- Become a friendly face that you get to know and trust.
It’s important to keep our service easy on the pocket too. So delivery only costs £1, and is free for all orders worth £30 or more.

Drop and Go
We’ll always try our best to deliver at a time that’s convenient for you. But if, for whatever reason, you’re not in for your usual delivery slot, don’t worry. Our free Drop & Go service is a great alternative. We simply drop off your meals in a special Oakhouse Foods cool box. This will keep your food frozen for a few hours until you return.
Setting up Drop and Go
If you know that you won’t be in on your normal delivery day, just let your local branch know ahead of time. They can then arrange for the meals to be delivered in a cool box and left by your door. Alternatively, they can leave your food order with a friend, neighbour or relative, if you’d prefer.
Trusted local drivers
Our experienced drivers are part of the team of Oakhouse Foods, and we’re very proud of the care and support they offer. You can be sure that they know the local area well. And for your complete peace of mind, they all go through rigorous police checks, such as the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), and wear easily recognisable Oakhouse Foods uniforms and name badges. We also try to make sure you see the same driver every week, who will soon become someone you know and trust.
Some of our customers may have specific health or mobility needs, and may need more support than others. Our drivers understand this, which is why they’re more than happy to put food away in the freezer, and take the time to have a chat.
