Puréed Lamb with Mint

Traditional puréed roast lamb with mint in gravy, served with puréed mashed potato, puréed broccoli, puréed carrot and puréed parsnip.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave 800W
Heat on FULL POWER for: Between 5 and 7 mins
Leave to stand in the microwave for: 1 min
Remove film lid and serve.
Pre-heat oven to 150ºC/300ºF, Gas Mark 2.
Place on baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 40-45 minutes (fan ovens may vary).
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Remove film lid and serve.
