Cooking Instructions

Microwave 700W 900W
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Heat for 4 mins 3 mins
Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 min.
Heat on full power for further 4 mins 3 mins
Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 min.
Remove the film and serve.
Oven
Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan, 200°C, Gas Mark 6
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place on baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes (fan ovens may vary).
Remove film lid 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Serve.
Storage Instructions
Store in a freezer at -18°C.
