Cooking Instructions

Microwave 750W 950W
Remove sleeve, pierce film and heat for 4 minutes 3 minutes
Leave to stand for 1 minute and then heat for a further: 3 minutes 3 minutes
Pre heat oven to 180 ˚C/ Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
Remove Sleeve, pierce the film.
Place on baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove film lid and serve.
