Peel back film, stir, recover and heat on full power for a further | 4.5 mins | 4 mins |
Leave to stand in the microwave for: | 1 min | 1 min |
Remove film lid and serve. |

Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/400ºF, Gas Mark 6. |
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place on baking tray. |
Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes |
Peel back film, stir and recover. Continue heating for 15 minutes |
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove film, stir well and serve. |
