Spanish Style Chicken and Potato Gratin

Fried Potato with chicken, red peppers and slow roasted tomato in a tomato sauce, topped with Cheddar cheese.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave 700W 900W
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Heat on full power for: 6 mins 5 mins
Gently shake pack and heat on full power for a further: 3-4 mins 3-4 mins
Leave to stand in microwave for 1 minute. Remove film lid and serve.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C / 400 degrees F / Gas Mark 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid and place on a baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes (fan ovens may vary).
Remove film lid and return to the oven for 15 minutes
