Heat on full power 3 min
Sit 1 min

Fan Oven 200°C
Pierce film lid
Place in oven on a baking tray for 30-35 minutes
Sit for 1 minute then serve
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at -18ºC or cooler. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
