Cooking Instructions

Microwave 700W 900W
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
Heat on FULL POWER for: 4 mins 3 mins
Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
Remove film lid and heat on FULL POWER for: 3 mins 3 mins
Leave to stand in the microwave for 1 minute. Serve.
Oven
Pre-heat oven to 180°C Fan, 200°C, Gas mark 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place on baking tray.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove film lid and cook in the centre of the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Serve.
Storage Instructions
Store in a freezer at -18 to -25°C.
