Green Thai Vegetable Curry

A traditional Thai green curry with warming spices, green beans, butternut squash and red peppers. Served with fluffy rice.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave 750W 950W
Remove sleeve, Pierce film lid and heat for: 5 minutes 5 minutes
Leave to stand for 1 minute 1 minute
Heat for a further 5 minutes 5 minutes
Pre heat oven to 180 ˚C/ Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce the film.
Place on baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for 35-40 minutes.
Remove film lid and serve.
