We are so excited to welcome our new franchise owner, Donald Campbell to the Oakhouse family. Up in Glasgow, Donald has been extremely busy getting started with all things Oakhouse. In the few minutes he had spare, this is what he had to say…
What brought you to Oakhouse?
After 20 years working in the healthcare and hospitality sectors, I wanted to be involved in a company that makes a real and meaningful difference to its customers. At Oakhouse Foods, I saw a company that prizes its responsibilities to supply a high quality, peace of mind, convenient delivery service to all its customers, some of whom are vulnerable or housebound. My aim is to provide a friendly, local service that customers can rely on.
What are you most looking forward to?
I am most looking forward to expanding the Oakhouse Foods service across Central West and South West Scotland by demonstrating the quality of over 350 meals from our range, including those dishes specially made for customers with specific dietary requirements.
What is your favourite meal you have tried so far?
Well, it's difficult to choose one favorite from across the range. My favorite breakfast would be the The Big Breakfast, my favourite main meal would be the Cumberland Pie and my favourite desert would be the Sticky Toffee Pudding. But then, when you add in our vegetarian options, that makes the choice even more difficult.
