How we collect your reviews
We have partnered with independent review website Trustpilot to gather feedback from our customers about our service and our food. These honest reviews help us to see where we can improve, and they also help other customers who are considering their first order with us.
All reviews are collected and published by Trustpilot, with no intervention or screening by us.

Prize draw closes 13th April 2018. A list of prize draw entrants will be taken from all customer product reviews (relating to new products launched on 26th February 2018) submitted on the Trustpilot site between 12th March and 13th April 2018. Names will be drawn at random by 30th April 2018. 5 vouchers will be awarded each to the value of £25. These will be redeemable against products from the Oakhouse Foods range.
