A mum to three young boys, Chantelle is a dedicated carer for her ill son who has been in and out of hospital since he was 4 months old, having suffered with Meningitis, Leukemia, bone marrow transplants and a recent diagnosis of dilated cardio myopathy.
Chantelle was nominated by friend Adele who said, "Chantelle never complains about anything or mentions how unfair life has been and she always seems to remain upbeat cheerful, fun loving and generally fun for her children. She really needs some pampering herself - she really is the most deserving carer."
