Risotto rice cooked in white wine, cream and cheese, topped with mushrooms and cooked diced chicken.

Allow to defrost for 6 hours in the refrigerator

Cooking Instructions

Microwave 700W 900W
Remove sleeve. Pierce or pull back film and place on a microwaveable plate
Heat on full power for 5 mins 5 mins
Leave to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and heat on full power for a further: 5 mins 5 mins
Leave to stand in microwave for 30 seconds 30 seconds
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4
Remove all packaging and place on baking tray
Cook in the centre of the oven for 35-40 mins
Allow to stand for
