Cod Liver Oil

Cod Liver Oil is an all-time classic, containing essential omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 is known as an "essential" fatty acid because the human body is unable to make it, meaning we need to get it from food or from supplements. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscles and bones. Cod Liver Oil contains EPA and DHA which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function, when 250mg of DHA (which forms part of omega-3 fatty acids) is taken daily.
