As a new user to our service you may well have some questions about how it all works. So we thought it might be helpful if we answered some of the questions we are often asked.
Q. Do I have to buy an Easy Order Pack?
A. No, you can order the individual items of your choice from our range.
Q. I like one of the Easy Order Packs, but I don’t like one of the items in it. Can I make changes?
A. Of course, we’re happy to change any meal or dessert for something of a similar price. If the new item costs more, we’ll simply add the extra on to the price.
Q. Can I have a pack without the desserts?
A. No problem, most of our packs are available as ‘meals only’ under a different code.
Q. I’m not always in on your regular delivery day - can you deliver on other days?
A. This is not always possible because of the way our delivery system works. However, please talk to us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Q. When is the latest I can place my order?
A. If you use the phone to place your order, we’d like it by lunchtime of the day before your normal delivery day, or by lunchtime on Friday if your delivery day is Monday.
Q. How do I pay?
A. By cash or cheque on delivery. You can also pay by credit or debit card if you order via our website.
Q. I have trouble reading the brochure – is there anything you can do to help?
A. Yes, we can provide an audio brochure free of charge. Simply ask us for more details.
Q. Is it possible for my daughter to order on my behalf?
A. Yes, of course. She can order in the normal way and pay on your behalf, or you can pay us directly if you wish.
