All our ready meals & desserts are made specifically for Oakhouse Foods by our range of approved suppliers. We work hard to ensure our meals are well balanced and nutritious, and to provide you with the biggest selection of home delivered frozen meals & desserts in the UK.

Because we understand that many of our customers have specific dietary requirements we ensure that we offer meals and desserts that will suit a variety of diets including low calorie, low fat, low salt, diabetic/low sugar, vegetarian and gluten free. Against each product you'll see a list of symbols which show the diets for which it is suitable.

We also have a number of Free From lists to give you full information on what is available if you have any food allergies or intolerances.

	Less than 5g added sugars per portion. Suitable for most diabetics as part of a balanced diet.
	3% fat or less per serving.
	Less than 400 calories for a meal and less than 200 calories for a dessert.
	Free from meat, fish and their derivatives. These dishes may contain dairy products such as milk cheese or eggs.
	Gluten free.
	Moderate to low salt - 0.6g per 100g or less.
