Who we are
Oakhouse Foods is a well established British company providing a frozen food home delivery service throughout the country. Back in 1994 when we started under the name Home Farm Foods, we were one of the pioneers in providing a home delivery service for frozen meals and desserts - years before even the supermarkets started home deliveries! Today, we have the largest range of frozen ready meals and desserts with home delivery in the market; we continue to lead the way on the quality and presentation of our dishes; and, above all, we are great at looking after our customers.
What we do
Oakhouse Foods offers a range of more than 300 frozen products, all delivered straight to your door. From delicious ready meals to irresistible desserts we are the country's most exciting and innovative national meals service. Healthy eating is essential to everyone - but if you're not able to get to a shop easily it can be a challenge. That's why we try to make the process as interesting and enjoyable as we can.
Every spring and autumn we bring out new seasonal ranges of products. We also offer a selection of 'Easy Order Packs' to make it quick and simple to order a delicious selection of meals for the week. We have lots of regular special offers too so look out for these in our customer newsletters.
How it works
First, if you haven't already got one, we recommend you request a copy of our FREE full colour brochure to get a good look at all of our ready meals and desserts. Order a brochure here and we'll get one in the post to you in a few days.
To place an order, simply choose the meals and desserts you would like, either in the Go Shopping area of the website, or by calling your local branch. You can find their phone number by searching for your local branch. This section will also tell you what happens next.
Whether you order online or by phone, our locally-based drivers will bring your order to your door on a regular delivery day and normally at around the same time of day. We deliver in most areas of the country on a weekly basis.
The driver will also be very happy to put your order straight into your freezer if this helps - we do it for lots of people.
Delivery charges
We offer free delivery on all orders of £30 or more – for orders below this, a small delivery charge of £1 will apply.
We try to be as flexible as possible so you aren’t committed to weekly deliveries – you can order weekly, fortnightly, monthly or just occasionally as you wish.
Who can buy?
Anyone can buy from Oakhouse Foods – we have customers from all walks of life. We’ll be particularly suitable if you find it hard to shop and cook for yourself on a daily basis, but still want delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. However, the service is equally useful if you simply enjoy the convenience of having a few delicious meals in your freezer.
Alternatively, you may have a friend or relative who would benefit from our service - you can simply order products on their behalf and we'll deliver direct to them. You can pay on their behalf, or they can pay when we deliver. We can provide peace of mind when you can't be there every day. Recommend our service to a friend.
